History

The firm was founded in 1988 and, from the very beginning, the emphasis was put on advising business clients. The aim was to offer them a single competent contact person by solving legal and tax problems under one roof.

Since 1996, we have also offered the core area of business auditing. Together with management consultancy, which we added in 1997, the consistent orientation towards questions of business administration and business auditing has complemented the core areas of law and taxes and has paid off for our clients.

The partners gained their experiences in legal advising and practice in the turbulent years of German re-unification in the 1990s where they had to work primarily in an interdisciplinary way. Every opportunity to work internationally was taken eagerly. At the same time, individual specialization was accompanied by an orientation towards detailed entrepreneurial knowledge. The consultants of Kanzlei Fella || Rechtsanwälte are businessmen themselves which is a crucial requirement for giving legal advise amongst piers.
