Co-operating partners

Since 1990, members of our partnership of lawyers have given legal advice to German clients in South Korea, South Africa, USA, Poland, Italy and Austria. We have overseen expansions of our clients within Europe and especially to the United States, and prepared and assisted European and especially American companies when entering the German market.

Close economic ties with the United States, manifested by counseling for German and American clients, led to on-going co-operation with   Ms Svenna Prado, a German lawyer in  San Diego, California, USA, who, since 2003, has managed to establish contacts with big American law firms. The development and strengthening of the business relations between Germany and the USA, reflected in on-going legal and fiscal challenges, is seen as an essential opportunity for the expansion of Kanzlei Fella || Rechtsanwälte

The pending incorporation into an international association of lawyers will enable us to combine our consultancy on the basis of German law with the competence of law firms in the respective countries to your advantage.
